How Wheeler's Walk and Lincoln Realty handle the information you share with us.
Information We Collect
This website collects only the information you choose to send through the leasing inquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, and message. That submission is emailed directly to the Lincoln Realty leasing team so they can answer your question and follow up about availability or tours. It is not used for any other purpose, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing.
The site also sets a short-lived session cookie (grav-site-...) so that the contact form can be submitted securely and protected against spam. It expires after 30 minutes and contains no personal information. No advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels are used, and there is no third-party analytics service on this site.
Maps and Applications
The neighbourhood map on the home page loads map tiles directly from OpenStreetMap and Esri, and the online application button links to the Lincoln Realty AppFolio portal. When you use those features your browser connects to those providers, so their privacy policies govern that request. We do not send them any information you entered on this site.
How Long We Keep It
Leasing enquiries are kept in the Lincoln Realty email system only as long as needed to respond and, if you lease a home, for the duration of the tenancy records required by Georgia law and our management agreements. Enquiries that do not lead to an application are removed on request.
